A: We do not accept returns. However, you may exchange your item for store credit if it meets our requirements.
Q: What are the requirements for exchanges?
A: Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition to qualify for store credit.
Q: Who pays for shipping on exchanges?
A: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to exchanges.
Q: How long does it take to receive my exchange/store credit?
A: Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive store credit within 5–7 business days.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?A: Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed, so please review your order carefully before checkout.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Once shipped, Kreated Kurvy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
